Her research focuses on how aging, metabolic stress, and cellular senescence contribute to cerebrovascular dysfunction and cognitive decline.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">She specializes in functional ultrasound (fUS) imaging to investigate cerebral blood flow regulation, microvascular architecture, and neurovascular coupling in experimental models of aging, stroke, and neurodegenerative disease. Her work integrates fUS with two-photon microscopy, behavioral assessments, and molecular approaches to study neurovascular unit dysfunction.
